We understand the importance of creating a memorable corporate event that truly reflects your company personality and branding. We will find a suitable location (and arrange transport or accommodation if required), then go through the concepts and ideas that you’re aiming to communicate to your guests.
For events such as product launches or investment meetings, we’ll arrange any equipment you might need; from large screens, to stages and PA systems. The Bluebird Collective will take care of the running order, layout, styling and finer details of your event.
We provide outstanding hospitality packages through our thoroughly-vetted bar & waiting staff service. We will select the finest suppliers and caterers to suit your event needs. For less formal corporate events, such as staff parties or marquee celebrations, we can also organise live music, DJ’s, magicians, anything you like.

FACE-TO-FACE MEETINGSWITH YOUR TEAM
Our stylists will visit you at your premises for our initial meeting. This gives us the opportunity to get to know your company and branding ahead of your event.

ESTABLISHING A CONCEPTWe’ll create a stylised mood board that fits with your vision and one that works for your venue, entertainment and guest list. We then put together the full design proposal including a detailed floor plan.

MANAGING + CO-ORDINATING SUPPLIERSThroughout the entire process we will liaise with your selected suppliers to ensure everything is on track. We will also organise a run sheet for on the day to ensure that your event comes to life seamlessly.

ON-THE-DAY SET UP + PACK DOWNWe make sure that everything is set up perfectly on the day, and co-ordinate all of the staff and suppliers involved. After your event we’ll help pack away so your venue is returned to its original state.

INVITATION + RSVP MANAGEMENTWe offer full guest list management for corporate events. We can design your stationery and mail it to attendees, check in with any guests who haven’t responded and compile your final guest list.
